This role is about turning policy and legislation into practical, fit\-for\-purpose tools that help our frontline teams do their work well. You'll lead the design and delivery of operating models, procedures, standards, and guidance that support our regulatory systems \- including anti\-money laundering, gambling, anti\-spam, and censorship. You'll bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a clear understanding of how operational policy connects to real\-world outcomes.
