**About the roles** Senior Analysts, Policy deliver high\-quality, evidence\-based policy advice to improve outcomes for Pacific peoples in Aotearoa. In these roles, you will lead significant policy work \- shaping strategic advice, working closely with Ministers' offices, Pacific communities, and government agencies \- ensuring advice reflects Pacific perspectives and aspirations. You will have direct influence on Ministerial decision\-making, Budget processes, and long\-term investment in Pacific wellbeing. The salary range for these roles are $93,812 to $140,718 (midpoint $117,265\).
