Laboratory Analyst

**Laboratory Analyst – Permanent Role** We have a fantastic opportunity available within the Waipa Sawmill Laboratory team in Rotorua. This is a hands\-on role in a small but busy laboratory supporting timber treatment operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in sample preparation, analytical testing, and maintaining high standards of laboratory practice (IANZ Accredited). This is a **permanent, full\-time position** (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). **This role will include:** * Timber sampling and preparation * Keeping required data and documentation * Maintenance of analytical instrumentation. * Support of laboratory audits. **The ideal candidate will have:** * Relevant tertiary qualification in analytical chemistry (preferably a BSc or equivalent). * Practical knowledge and experience in a working chemical laboratory. * Intermediate computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. **To be successful in this role you must be:** * A Good C...
