Mō te tūranga \| About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Ko tō mahi \| What you’ll do* Implement, monitor, and maintain CIAM solutions. * Handle and resolve production incidents with urgency and ownership. * Participate in a 24x7 on\-call support rotation to ensure high availability of identity services. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate identity SDKs into customer\-facing applications. * Manage release and deployment activities. * Work effectively in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
