Join our Business Analysis team in role that will expose you to a wide range of analysis work and provide a supportive learning environment for your professional growth. In this role, you'll lead the triage of ServiceNow requests, define requirements for both catalog items and complex integrations, and provide consultative support during build and configuration. You'll also coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and capture post\-deployment feedback to inform future enhancements.
